Student Council Presidential Election

A series of student council election activities were held including campaigns by candidates. Fatih Bilingual School held student council presidential debate on 23 August 219 for the academic year 2019-2020.

The debate was held in the schools’ hall. The purpose of this election is to see the critical thinking of the candidates in solving the problem. It also to convey the vision, mission and campaign speech of each candidate. This election consists of two elections, they are middle school and high school.

As many as 161 students were obliged to vote for the presidential candidate otherwise the students will be punished by the school. There are two pairs of students who successfully become student council candidates. In the Middle School level, they are Adam Sha Husain and M J Almer got the number 1 and Ihsan Hidayatullah and Teuku Raffa Fauzan got a number 2.  In High School level, there are 3 pairs of the student, they are Bagus Sunata and Paja Taftazani got a number 1, Syukran Al-Hafiz and Hibatul Mulya got a number 2, Alvin Hakim and Dhi Alfata Dasta got a number 3.

Before becoming student council presidential candidates, they must meet several conditions, including scores and attendance.

After the election, students will fulfill their responsibility by attending the weekly student council meeting, fulfill their contracts, commitments, and obligations that they have signed.
