Learn by Sharing Series with NBA Player, Enes Kanter

NBA basketball player, Enes Kanter provided motivation to Eduversal middle-high school students throughout Indonesia who are currently taking online learning at home. The Boston Celtics Center player asks students to stay focused on achieving their goals even in the midst of this difficult time because of the COVID-19 outbreak on Saturday, 11 April 2020 using the Zoom platform.

He said that we should always maintain our personal safety and health, as well as our loved ones, keep studying hard and do our best.

“If no one believes you, believe in yourself, continued the Boston Celtics mainstay player. There are so many things that will bother you, all you have to do is focus on what should be your focus to realize your beautiful dreams,” he added.

The program is also broadcast live via YouTube live streaming and attended by around 500 students. Some students also asked questions to Enes.

Some of the questions were about the experience of being an NBA basketball player, the best moment of basketball life and also tips about basketball. 

Enes Kanter said that playing basketball in the NBA can indirectly represent ourselves, family, country and even our loved ones in the eyes of the world. Enes also shared tips on how to overcome nervousness by practicing, because the harder you practice, the better the performance on the field.
He also said that Basketball can unite people from different countries, different skin colors, different nationalities, different languages can play together because they are united in the same language, namely basketball.
