Introduction of School Environment 2019

The introduction of school environment program or MPLS (Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan  Sekolah) is an essential part to start every new school year.  Fatih Bilingual School had organized this agenda on 8-9 July 2019. MPLS is followed by 80 students, 19 elementary students, 25 middle school students, and 36 high school students.

This MPLS was conducted strictly by teachers within Fatih Bilingual School area. There were two MPLS in FBS, the first is MPLS for elementary school and the second is MPLS for middle-high school. The committee revealed that this is a very positive activity to get to know and adapt to Fatih Bilingual School and all pupils are expected to have good school performance in their academic and non-academic life.

MPLS for middle-high school students consisted of several activities to get to know about FBS for instance, school tour, the introduction of extracurricular programs, seminar, FBS programs and joined several tests such as general subject tests, and diagnostic tests. The participants were also invited to play games and show their problem-solving performance and leadership skill through leadership training during MPLS.

Different from middle-high school students, elementary students were invited to join, drama, watching, touring, cooking class (doughnut-making), art and craft, games and door prize session, introduction among students and get to know about the school through school culture explanation. 

Those activities which have been done in MPLS already gave many advantages for students to prepare their school life in Fatih Bilingual School. The teachers hope this event will be a guide for students as one of their academic preparations in FBS.
