Fatih Hands-on Science; Fun Science Experiments for Kids

Usually Fatih Bilingual School always conducts Hands-on Science activities and invites kindergarten in Banda Aceh to participate in these activities. This agenda is held once a month at Fatih Bilingual School. During the activity, children are invited to make simple science experiments such as making slime, cooking classes; such as decorating donuts, movie time, and playing games.

But this time the HoS activity is quite different because this activity will be carried out online and will be held every Friday at 3 p.m.-3.40 p.m. This activity will be guided by FBS elementary school teacher Ms. Cyndi Prasetya and Ms. Nanda Gristina.

Ms. Cyndi said “This activity is very fun and can be done from home, the child would be invited to carry out simple Science experimental activities with materials that are easily found at home such as explaining about chemical compounds in children snacks”.

She also said that the activity was quite different, because it was a live broadcast, students could ask questions directly for parts they did not understand, therefore, it made the interaction between teachers and students was increasing and making this activity could be more fun.

“Hopefully, the number of participants can continue to increase because of the enthusiasm of the participants who already join this activity was amazing, and hopefully we can give our best as a teacher, to provide material and to teach the students in this activity”, She added.
