Developing Student’s Leadership through Leadership Training

Fatih Bilingual School held Leadership program on 15th-16th November 2019 at Fatih Bilingual School for student council members. This activity became important for students to experience leadership opportunities during their study, to learn the art of building relationships within their teams and to provide an opportunity to learn effective communication and interpersonal skills.

This training consists of several activities such as seminars and discussion, motivation class, sports, tourism, and camping at school. During the activity, the participants were taught to understand more about how to become a student council member.

Mr. Rafsanjani, the student council supervisor said that the school can introduce, enhance and develop students’ abilities in terms of leadership, organization, public speaking and administrative procedures, which will be beneficial for their future and as the student council through this activity.

“Alhamdulillah, when they did this, all the participants are very enthusiastic and happy, they wanted this program to be held more often and hopefully next time we plan to make this program for all students,” He added.
