Coloring and Drawing Competition of STEMS Expo 2019

Children participated in drawing and coloring competition at Fatih Bilingual School on Saturday 26, October 2019. This drawing and coloring contest was one of the competitions to enliven STEMS Expo 2019.

This competition divided into three categories; kindergarten coloring contest, coloring contest for 1st-3td grade and drawing contest for 4th-6th grade. More than one hundred children joined this competition. One of the main objectives of this coloring and drawing competition was to encourage the student to express their artistic skills and creativity through art especially in drawing and coloring.

The theme for this contest was “The Colorful Science”. Each participant of drawing contest was given a blank paper, and they should draw something related to the sciences. Meanwhile, the coloring participants were given a picture, and they should color the picture.

Armed with colored crayons and pencil sets, children sat at small tables based on the registration number. They were concentrating on a given sheet of paper. Some were prepared with towels to protect their sheets from their sweaty hands and mini fans to draw comfortably. Meanwhile, the parents watch their children outside of the futsal court, and here is the result for coloring and drawing competition as follows:
