Children’s International Day, Promoting Children’s Rights

Children’s rights day or children’s day offered us an inspirational entry-point to promote and celebrate children’s rights that builds a better world for children. Fatih Bilingual School celebrated this day on 7th November 2019, by studying outside of class. This activity aimed to respect the rights that must be received by a child.

All of the elementary-high school students were invited to join several fun activities. In elementary, the students were asked to sing national songs. They also did communal work, brain gym, dancing, and playing traditional games. Meanwhile, junior-senior high school students were doing different activities; morning exercise, sharing meal, organizing classrooms with their teachers, art performance and playing traditional games.

Mrs. Lisa, an elementary school teacher said students were very happy and excited. Hopefully, it could give positive impact toward children.
